4 Things Songwriters Can Learn From Authors
Dec 20, 2021I think there are 4 important things we as songwriters can learn from authors.
In fact, I'm of the opinion that artists can learn quite a lot from artists of different forms.
Authors can learn from Directors.
Directors can learn from Painters.
Painters can learn from Songwriters.
Any type of artist can learn from any other type and, more importantly, can learn things they're much less likely to learn from other artists of their own kind.
So, sometimes it helps as songwriters to go to artists of another art form to see what we can learn from them.
